Tasting notes
COLOUR: Pale, bright yellow.
NOSE: Delicately floral and fruity, highlighted by pronounced oak notes of toasted bread and butter.
PALATE: A fine balance between freshness and the influence of oak ageing, bringing roundness and length, followed by a savoury, persistent finish.
Vinification and maturing
The grapes were hand-harvested in mid-September 2024, then carefully sorted to retain only the finest clusters. They were then pressed in a pneumatic press, ensuring precise and gentle juice extraction while preserving the fruit’s integrity. Vinification took place in a temperature-controlled stainless-steel tank, followed by gravity-fed transfer into oak barrels.
The wine was then aged for 8 months on fine lees, without bâtonnage, with about 40% in new barrels.
Bottled in autumn 2025 after fining and filtration.
Food and wine pairing
Lobster, crayfish, poultry or veal in cream sauce, foie gras and blue cheese.

Vintage : 2024
Despite near-normal temperatures, the 2024 vintage in Burgundy was marked by a lack of sunshine. In the vineyard, our team worked hard to fight the diseases caused by frequent rainfall and this lack of sun. In the winery, the meticulous sorting allowed us to select only the best grapes and to make the most of this vintage’s quality potential. Quality is on point: the whites are expected to be very elegant while the reds are already fruity and structured.
